How many files can I store?
You can store as many files as your plan allows. For example, the Pro plan includes 25 GB of storage and 500 uploads.
How large can my files be?
Knowbase lets you upload files up to 1 GB. This covers even large video recordings, as well as PDFs, PPTX presentations, and other document types.
What counts as one query?
One query equals one question asked to your knowledge base. Each message you send in chat counts as one query.
What is OCR (document scanning)?
OCR lets you extract text from scanned documents and images. Starter includes Basic OCR (100 pages/month). Pro and Team include Fast OCR with higher page limits. Free plan does not include OCR.
What is speaker identification?
Speaker identification (diarization) automatically labels who is speaking in audio and video transcriptions. This feature is available on Pro and Team plans.
