You can store as many files as your plan allows. For example, the Pro plan includes 25 GB of storage and 500 uploads.
How large can my files be?
Knowbase lets you upload files up to 1 GB. This covers even large video recordings, as well as PDFs, PPTX presentations, and other document types.
What counts as one query?
One query equals one question asked to your knowledge base. Each message you send in chat counts as one query.
How many YouTube videos can I transcribe?
English YouTube videos with existing captions can be transcribed without using your transcription quota. Non-English videos use your plan's transcription time.
What is transcription time?
Transcription time is the total length of video/audio content that can be transcribed per plan. Free: English YouTube only. Starter: 60 min. Pro: 600 min. Team: 1,800 min.
What counts as one upload?
One upload means one file has been successfully uploaded and processed. Each plan has a limit on total uploads (Team plan has unlimited uploads).
