A powerful new extensible framework that lets your AI assistants take real actions during conversations — not just answer questions.
How it works: Each enabled action becomes a tool the AI can invoke when the conversation calls for it. No extra prompts, no delays — the AI decides naturally when to trigger an action.
- Fallback Email — When the assistant can’t answer from your documents, it automatically offers to collect the visitor’s email so you can follow up personally.
- Collect Leads — Write a custom trigger instruction (e.g. „when the user asks about pricing”) and the AI will show a configurable contact form with Name, Email, Phone, and Company fields — each toggleable and optionally required.
- Custom Button — The AI can surface a call-to-action button with a custom label and URL when relevant (e.g. „Book a demo” linking to your Calendly).
Lead management: All form submissions flow into the unified Leads dashboard inside Assistant Hub. Filter by action type, track status (New → Contacted → Resolved), and see exactly which question triggered each submission.
Easy setup: Configure actions from the new Actions tab in Assistant settings. Enable/disable each action with a toggle, customize form fields and trigger conditions, and see a live preview of how the form looks.
